About the Trainee Recruitment Consultant roleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build your own specialist market while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with candidates and clients
* Business development and generating new opportunities
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
* Managing vacancies from start to finish
* Working towards targets in a fast-paced sales environment
* Making a high volume of calls, calling candidates and clients
