Facilities/Maintenance Engineer

Facilities/Maintenance Engineer, part-time, onsite in Ware, Hertfordshire, 9-month contract Our client requires a reliable/experienced Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to start as soon as possible, on site in Ware. Working approximately 4 hours a day, but may be negotiable. What you’ll be doing: * You will be liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts * Communicating with CBRE regularly via email and phone * Conducting checks onsite of issues * Arranging collection of large volumes of waste * May be some heavy lifting required Skills and experience you’ll have: * Previous maintenance/facilities administration * building maintenance experience * MS experience, experience of using Google suite an advantage SmartSourcing are a Disability Confident Employer and we promote, celebrate and value diversity, we are committed to promoting equality and inclusion for all
