The Retail Area Manager oversees performance, operations and growth of two premium brands across London’s luxury department stores. The role upholds brand standards, drives sales, and leads teams to deliver an excellent customer experience, while actively selling and supporting the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI achievement
- Analyse trading data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
- Support wider business initiatives and retail strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales)
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Sales Associates
- Provide coaching, feedback, and succession planning

- Experience in luxury fashion retail essential
- Ability to analyse date with a commercial mindset
- Strong commercial judgment with a track record of delivering results
