Whether you are looking to advance your career within a top-tier private practice or transition into a dynamic in-house corporate IP department, these roles offer exposure to cutting-edge technology, a varied client portfolio, and clear routes for long-term career progression.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications across national (UKIPO), European (EPO), and international patent offices.Advising clients ranging from early-stage startups to multinational corporations on IP strategy and portfolio management.Conducting freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patentability searches, and providing clear risk assessment opinions.Assisting with or leading opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.Managing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for business development and practice growth.Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: Qualified Patent Attorney (EPA and/or CPA) or part-qualified finalist.Educational Background: A strong degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a closely aligned field.Discipline(s): Intellectual Property RecruitmentJob type: Permanent
