Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) £33,000 + van + Fuel Card Mobile contract covering sites across Wimbledon & RichmondResponsibilities: Carpentry - Door hanging Assembling furniture Plumbing Drainage & flushing Fire alarm/door testing Grouting & Plastering Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc. Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets Requirements: Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Full drivers license Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
