Trainee BIM Technician – – Immediate Start Available! Stourbridge Are you a Revit & COBie expert who loves turning complex models into client-ready deliverables? We’re looking for a talented and proactive Trainee BIM Technician to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK. What you’ll be doing: Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage Set up and manage models – templates, coordinates, model bridging & more Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project What you need: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modelling & families) Experience inputting COBie data into Revit Excellent working knowledge of ISO 19650 Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards Personal qualities: Reliable, self-motivated and happy to work unsupervised A real team player who takes pride in delivering quality on time Why join us?
