Multi-Trade Operatives & Engineers - Permanent, FTC or Temporary Opportunities

We are working with a well-established property and housing maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across East London. Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a number of skilled tradespeople and engineers to join the team.

Available Positions

• Carpentry Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Plumbing Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Bricklayers (2 vacancies) - £39,655 per annum (£21.18 per hour equivalent)
• Electricians (2 vacancies) - £42,000 per annum (£22.44 per hour equivalent)
• Gas Engineers (2 vacancies) - £44,000 per annum (£23.50 per hour equivalent)

Fixed-Term Contract and Temporary opportunities will also be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within residential properties.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs.
