Skilled Labourer / Joiner’s Mate – Temp to Perm Opportunity £17.50 per hour | Overtime £25.00 per hour | CIS or PAYE Umbrella An established and growing multi-trade company based in South Lanarkshire is looking for a reliable and hardworking Joiner’s Mate to join their expanding team. The company works across a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic projects, with work available across various locations. The Role You will be assisting experienced joiners and other trades across a variety of projects, including: * Assisting joiners with day-to-day site duties * Supporting general joinery and building works * Soil stack replacement * General labouring and material handling * Working across commercial, industrial and domestic sites * Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment Requirements * Previous experience working alongside joiners is preferred * CSCS card preferred but not essential * Multi-trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential * Previous construction/site experience * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Good attitude and willingness to learn * Able to work well as part of a team * Looking for a long-term/permanent opportunity What’s on Offer * £17.50 per hour * Overtime paid at £25.00 per hour * CIS or PAYE Umbrella * 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity * Long-term, consistent work * Opportunity to secure a permanent position * Work with an established and growing company * Transport to and from sites provided if you do not have your own transport This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who is looking to build a long-term career with an established company.
