HGV Class 2 Fuel Tanker Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team based in Cookstown. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to customers in Mid Ulster and surrounding area's. Experience in the fuel industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Duties

Safely operate a Class 2 heavy goods vehicle, complying with all road safety regulations and company policies
Load and deliver fuel in a safe and timely manner following provided route schedules
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Complete accurate delivery documentation
Adhere to ADR Regulations and health and safety procedures
Behave in a professional and courteous manner to customers

Requirements

Hold a Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC
ADR Class 3 an advantage but not essential
Experience with fuel tankers would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
Good understanding of driving laws
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: From £17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
