Traffic Marshall

Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Distribution Centre Site) Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall to join our team on a busy warehouse site. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing vehicle movements, ensuring site safety, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Direct and control vehicle and plant movement within the warehouse * Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods * Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and management * Maintain a safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations * Monitor access points and assist with site security when required * Report hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly Requirements: * Valid CSCS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman card * Previous experience in a similar role (warehouse or construction environment preferred) * Strong awareness of health and safety procedures * Good communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team and independently * High level of attention to detail and alertness Desirable: * Experience working in warehouse logistics or distribution environments What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate * Supportive team environment * Training and development opportunities
