Part Time HR Advisor

Role: Part Time HR Advisor Location: Holmes Chapel Salary: £19.23ph, £23,999 based on 24 hours per week Duration: Permanent Our client is a growing organisation that supports businesses across a range of sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to provide key support to the HR Director and play an important role in shaping and maintaining best practice across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied HR role, combining hands-on advisory work with a strong focus on compliance, policy development, and continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing: * Providing HR advice and guidance when required (ad hoc support) * Reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures * Monitoring and ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and compliant * Supporting ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance * Assisting with the rollout of new employment law and government changes * Reviewing staff benefits, training opportunities, and employee feedback to support engagement and development We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced in a generalist HR role * Confident, methodical, and highly organised * Strong on compliance and up to date with employment law * IT literate and comfortable working with HR systems and documentation * CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential) What’s on offer: * 35 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Free onsite parking * Private medical insurance * Company pension scheme * Death in service benefit * Flexible hybrid working arrangement If you’re looking for a part-time HR role where you can make a real impact while enjoying flexibility and great benefits, we’d love to hear from you For more information, please contact Amy (phone number removed) or forward your CV to.
