Building Surveyor

Our client is an independent, well-established surveying practice based in Hove, delivering residential surveying services across Brighton and the wider Sussex region. With over 20 years' industry experience, they have built a strong reputation for providing clear, detailed, and client-focused reports, specialising in RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to support their expanding workload in the Brighton & Hove area. Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits: ● Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) ● Bonus ● Hybrid working ● Pension scheme ● 20 days holiday + bank holidays ● 1 additional day holiday per year of service Building Surveyor Job Overview As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out residential surveys across Brighton & Hove, delivering high-quality RICS Level 2 and Level 3 reports to clients. You will manage surveys from instruction through to report delivery, providing clear, concise advice to homebuyers and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service. This is a key hire within a growing business, offering the opportunity to play an active role in the company's expansion within the local market.
