This prestigious client deisgns, manufactures, and installs aluminium-based systems for the external envelope of commercial and industrial buildings.  This is a great opportunity to step into a key role within a well-established business that delivers high-quality façade and glazing projects for a strong base of main contractor clients. You’ll be working on a steady pipeline of work and play an important part in securing and shaping upcoming projects. The role You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of construction packages, with a focus on aluminium systems, glazing, windows, and doors. Day to day, you’ll be: Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications Carrying out detailed material take-offs Preparing costings, quotations, and breakdowns Liaising with main contractors and supply chain partners Supporting the commercial team in winning and delivering projects What my client is looking for Experience in estimating within the construction industry Ideally some exposure to aluminium curtain walling, glazing, windows, or doors Knowledge of systems such as Kawneer, Metal Technology, AluProf, or Technal would be beneficial Strong numerical and analytical ability Good communication skills, both written and verbal Experience using estimating software such as Logikal or similar What’s in it for you Competitive salary depending on experience Bonus scheme Opportunity to grow within a developing commercial team A stable business with a strong order book and solid reputation You’ll be joining a team that takes real pride in delivering projects properly, with a collaborative environment and plenty of opportunity to progress.
