Commercial Finance Business Partner – Gaming & Media

£85,000 – £100,000 + bonus | Hybrid | London

We are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed gaming media business to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Divisional FD/CFO, this is a highly commercial role partnering closely with Sales and Business Development. You’ll play a key role in deal structuring, pricing, sales performance and driving profitable growth, ensuring commercial decisions deliver sustainable margin and EBITDA.

You’ll support complex commercial proposals and multi-year contracts, challenge pricing and discount decisions, improve sales pipeline and revenue forecasting, and analyse the ROI of new go-to-market initiatives. You’ll also support sales target setting, KPIs and incentives, alongside RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and wider strategic projects.

We’re looking for someone with strong Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally within gaming, media, technology, SaaS or another fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working within a PE-backed business is essential, alongside strong commercial modelling skills and the confidence to challenge senior sales and commercial stakeholders. xwzovoh This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious gaming media business in a visible, commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
