Leveraged Finance Lawyer - AG Integrate

We're seeking consultants to work with a highly regarded Leveraged Finance team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, advising an impressive client base including banks, debt funds, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Ideally you’ll have recent private practice experience.

You'll play a key role in complex mid-market financings, including unitranche, first-out/second-out, second lien and super senior structures, while collaborating closely with the firm's Private Equity practice.

We're keen to speak with lawyers who have:

• 5+ years' PQE in leveraged finance
• Strong experience leading private equity-backed transactions
• UK and/or European mid-market financing experience
• Expertise in facility agreements, commitment papers and intercreditor arrangements
• A commercial, client-focused approach
