ER Advisor

HRLife are looking to speak with experienced ER Advisorswho can hit the ground running and support a busy HR team through a period of high workload and change.

Joining the HR Advisory team, you'll work alongside an established group of HR professionals, providing additional capacity and taking ownership of a range of complex employee relations casework.

This is very much a hands-on ER role, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable getting stuck into the detail. You'll be supporting and coaching line managers through cases, ensuring processes are followed, risks are understood and issues are moved forward to appropriate outcomes.

You'll ideally come from a fast-paced, multi-site or operational environment where you've gained plenty of exposure to the more challenging side of ER. You'll be confident managing your own caseload, comfortable dealing with competing priorities and able to build credibility quickly with managers and stakeholders.

The business is going through a period of change, so you'll need to be pragmatic, resilient and happy working in an environment where there is plenty going on.

Strong ER experience is essential. If you also have TUPE experience, there may be an opportunity to get involved in some TUPE activity during the assignment, but this isn't a requirement, as the core focus of the role is ER.

You'll need to be available to start during September and commit through to the end of December. xwzovoh The role is based in Milton Keynes with three days a week in the office and two from home.
