Estate Surveyor

Local authority in Wiltshire are currently looking for an interim estates surveyor for an initial period of 6 months to join their corporate property team. Purpose of the role: Provide professional advice and asset management across a commercial property portfolio comprising retail, office, commercial and industrial assets. Undertake property valuations in accordance with statutory requirements, CIPFA guidance and RICS Professional Standards, ensuring compliance with the Council’s Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Codes of Practice and departmental procedures. Manage the letting, renewal and ongoing administration of commercial leases. Undertake rent review valuations, analyse market evidence and negotiate and conclude rent reviews. Prepare and present cases for third-party determination by Independent Experts or Arbitrators in relation to rent reviews and lease renewals. £350 - £400 a day Inside IR35 Hybrid working 6 months Start ASAP.
