The Station Inn, located beside the famous Ribblehead Viaduct in the Yorkshire Dales, is seeking a Chef/Cook to join its friendly team. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time hours, shift patterns can be negotiated to suit.
With traditional pub food, a welcoming atmosphere, and accommodation available for those wishing to relocate or reduce their commute, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the most picturesque locations in the UK.
What we need from you:
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a position as a Chef
Experienced managing 100-200 covers per day serving traditional pub food with a few specials across breakfast, lunch and dinner
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Level 3 Food & Hygiene certificate, or be willing to work towards
Any other qualifications relevant to the role
Food Hygiene and Food Safety in the workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Driving Licence would be a bonus

Duties include but arenot limited to:
Working with and preparing a range of traditional pub food dishes, with ingredients that are all locally sourced 100-200 covers per day, breakfast through to dinner service
Working together as part of the kitchen team
Helping maintain the 5-star rating
Be responsible for adhering to Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Salary: £16 per hour plus, depending on the level of Chef experience and qualifications. xwzovoh

Hours: Various shifts available working part time or full time hours negotiable to suit.
