Works Co-ordinator

As a Works Co-Ordinator in the not-for-profit sector, you'll be responsible for managing property-related tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This role is temporary and requires a detail-oriented individual to keep operations on track and efficient. Client Details A not-for-profit organisation operating in the property sector, focused on delivering essential services. Description Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair works efficiently. Act as the main point of contact between contractors and internal teams. Keep accurate records of work orders and ensure timely updates. Monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet set deadlines. Resolve any issues that may arise during property projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the team with administrative tasks related to property management. Provide clear communication to all stakeholders regarding project status.Profile A successful Works Co-Ordinator should have: Experience in coordinating or managing property-related tasks. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.Job Offer Hourly pay between £12.00 and £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
