Mortgage Administrator

Bright Side Recruitment is assisting a leading, and highly regarded mortgage broking business in their search for a full-time Mortgage Administrator. If you’ve got at least 2 years of Mortgage Administration experience (or similar), this is an exciting and varied opportunity to work for a company which offers genuine long term career development and prospects. The company is based in the Gravesham area, and the Mortgage Administrator opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm. What You'll Be Doing * Overseeing mortgage applications from start to finish—keeping things organised, accurate, and stress-free for our clients from submission through to completion * Keep everyone in the loop, whether it’s clients, lenders, underwriters, or solicitors. Clear, upbeat communication is a must * Support and assist the Company Director with daily operational responsibilities – primarily Case Management * Handle the odd hiccup with a cool head and a can-do attitude. They are all about teamwork and lending a hand when things get super busy What We're After * At least two year’s experience in mortgage administration (or a similar role gained within a financial environment) * Experience using a CRM platform is essential (experience using ACRE and/or GoHighLevel is a distinct advantage) * CeMAP Level 1 (minimum requirement) * Previous experience in (or exposure to) Buy to Let mortgage schemes * Great communicator: you can keep things clear and friendly, whether in person or online * Organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a supportive, relaxed team What’s in it for you? * On-site parking * Private Medical Insurance (after probation) * 31 days annual leave (inclusive of public and bank holidays) * Quarterly socials * Financial assistance towards additional (relevant) qualifications (e.g. CeMAP 2, CII) * A super friendly and supportive team * Genuine career progression opportunities Ready to Apply?
