Front of House – Private Dental Practice Location: Liverpool City Centre Salary: £13.50–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience Type: Full Time | Permanent The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional Front of House team member to join a luxury private dental practice in Liverpool city centre. This isn’t simply a traditional dental reception position. The practice delivers high-value private treatments including Teeth in a Day, smile makeovers, implants and clear aligners, and we are looking for someone who can provide the level of service patients expect from a premium healthcare environment. You will be one of the first people a patient speaks to and one of the first faces they see when they arrive, making you an important part of the overall patient journey. The Role You will take ownership of creating a warm, professional and seamless experience from initial contact through to the patient’s visit. Responsibilities will include: * Welcoming patients into the practice * Managing incoming calls, enquiries and appointment requests * Booking and managing patient appointments * Providing a professional and knowledgeable first point of contact * Supporting patients throughout their journey within the practice * Managing diaries effectively and helping maximise appointment availability * Communicating with clinicians, Dental Nurses and the wider patient team * Following up patients where required * Maintaining accurate patient records * Supporting the smooth day-to-day flow of the practice * Ensuring the reception and patient areas reflect the premium standards of the brand About You We are looking for someone who is: * Naturally warm, confident and professional * An excellent communicator both face-to-face and over the telephone * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Confident using systems and managing multiple priorities * Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service * Commercially aware and comfortable discussing private treatment journeys * Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people Previous dental experience would be highly advantageous, particularly within private dentistry. We would also consider candidates from premium hospitality or customer service environments who can demonstrate the right level of professionalism and patient care. Why Join?
