We are working with an independent college Prep School in East Sussex seeking a Chef Manager to lead their catering operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef ready to step into management while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
You'll be responsible for delivering fresh, high-quality meals, leading and developing your team, and ensuring a positive dining experience for students and staff. This role combines hands-on cooking with leadership, financial management, and operational oversight.
You'll take ownership of hygiene and safety standards, drive team performance, and manage budgets effectively within a supportive and structured environment.
