Operating at the intersection of technology delivery and client account management, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes on high-value Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and AI Copilot programmes while building and developing high-performing delivery teams.This is a senior individual contributor and people-leadership role within the MBG UK delivery capability, requiring deep technical fluency in Microsoft Power Platform combined with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients.Delivery LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery accountability for Microsoft Power Platform programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality outcomesLead delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse implementationsEstablish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks including RAG reporting, milestone management, risk registers, and RAID logsManage programme-level dependencies, escalations, and critical path planning across multi-vendor environmentsDrive adoption of Accenture's delivery methodology (Velocity) and Microsoft's recommended implementation patternsClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary senior point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite level, building trusted advisor relationshipsLead executive-level steering committees, programme boards, and client workshopsManage client expectations through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and timely escalationSupport business development activities including proposition development, bid responses, and solution design for new opportunitiesContribute to account growth by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing engagementsTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and develop delivery teams of 10–30+ comprising Accenture, Avanade, and client-side resourcesDefine resource plans, manage onboarding, and maintain appropriate team structures across onshore, nearshore, and offshore modelsChampion a culture of delivery
