• £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary - depending on experience

Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial xwzovoh surveying
• Experience carrying out a broad range of commercial work, including lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, property management and Red Book valuations,
• RICS qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
