Mechanical Estimator

Our successful and long established medium-sized client specialises in the installation of Mechanical Building Services on large scale commercial developments in the South East, especially within the London market. They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Building Services Estimator This is a key role within the business. You will be responsible for bid management on projects typically to £8M Mechanical Value, overseeing bid strategy and forthcoming projects. Our client believes in empowering their staff and this can be a full hybrid role if wished, with occasional visits to their central London Office or their head office in Essex. We are ideally looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator who can easily access the general London area generally when meetings are required. Our client is looking for an established professional with at least 5 year’s experience of Mechanical Building Services Estimating on commercial projects. In addition to an excellent base salary there are additional benefits.
