This is a role offering genuine autonomy, career development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.Your new roleThis Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you:Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims of differing complexity and value from inception to settlementConduct legal research and prepare pleadings, correspondence and key litigation documentsAdvise clients clearly and empathetically, managing expectations throughout the life cycle of a claimLiaise with Counsel, medical experts, courts and other third partiesAttend client meetings, conferences and hearings where appropriateProactively manage deadlines, limitation periods and case progressionMaintain accurate, compliant and audit-ready files in line with regulatory standards (SRA, Lexcel, AML)Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvementWhat you'll need to succeedQualified Solicitor, CILEX or experienced Fee EarnerIdeally, 2–6 years’ experience within clinical negligenceProven ability to manage a caseload autonomouslyStrong understanding of the clinical negligence litigation process and CPRExcellent drafting and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailClient-focused with a professional, empathetic approachStrong IT skills and experience using case management systemsWhat you'll get in returnRewarding and high-quality caseload with a focus on client careCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid and flexible working optionsClear progression pathway and ongoing trainingSupportive, inclusive and collaborative cultureWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
