About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation, performance and development of three established venues: The George, The Hastings and Fleet Street. This is a senior, hands-on position offering considerable freedom to develop the businesses and a package designed to genuinely reward success.

You will take responsibility for ensuring all three venues operate effectively on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Service
Stock
Purchasing
Wages
Gross Profit
Wastage
Entertainment
Promotions
Marketing
Social Media
Compliance
Venue Presentation
Sales
Profitability
You will be expected to identify problems rather than wait for someone else to point them out — and then take responsibility for getting them resolved.
We want someone who knows what excellent hospitality operations look like and can establish consistently high standards across all three businesses.

The successful candidate should have:
A strong and proven track record in the pub, bar or hospitality industry.
Evidence of longevity at previous venues. We want someone who has remained with businesses long enough to demonstrate the difference they personally made.
