Interim HR Manager

As an Interim HR Manager in the not-for-profit sector, you'll oversee all HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and compliantly. This role is key to supporting the organisation's goals by managing HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations effectively. Client Details This organisation operates in the not-for-profit sector, focusing on meaningful work to make a positive impact. Description Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new staff. Provide guidance on employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters. Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. Maintain accurate HR records and produce relevant reports as needed. Advise and support managers on performance management processes. Coordinate staff training and development initiatives. Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organisation. 5 days a week on site.Profile A successful Interim HR Manager should have: Experience in HR management, ideally within the education sector. A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confidence in managing recruitment and onboarding processes. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.Job Offer Salary up to £30 per hour dependent on the level of experience. Fixed-term contract with potential for meaningful contributions to the organisation's goals.
