About the role

Creative Operations Manager London (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite) Initial contract of up to 6 months (potential to extend) Competitive day rate – DOE We're partnering with a leading global brand to hire a Creative Operations Manager to join their in-house Creative Studio. You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, protecting creative time, improving workflows and ensuring the studio operates efficiently. Alongside studio operations, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering video and photography productions, managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring shoots run smoothly from concept through to completion. Own the day-to-day operations of a busy in-house creative studio Manage project intake, workflow planning and resource allocation Maintain project schedules and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams Identify and resolve capacity issues, risks and workflow bottlenecks Support and line manage a small creative team Lead planning meetings, team check-ins and workload reviews Coordinate video and photography productions from planning through to delivery Manage locations, suppliers, talent, equipment and production logistics Lead health & safety processes, including risk assessments and shoot compliance Support on-set delivery and post-production asset management Experience within Creative Operations, Studio Management, Production Management or a similar environment Background working within an agency, in-house creative studio, content studio or broadcast/media organisation Strong project management and workflow optimisation experience Hands-on experience managing video and/or photography productions Understanding of production health & safety requirements and risk assessments Experience managing or mentoring creative professionals Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.Able to balance creative priorities with operational rigour Work on a broad range of creative campaigns and productions Influence how an in-house creative studio operates and evolves Hybrid working environment Long-term contract opportunity with potential for extension If you're passionate about helping creative teams do their best work while bringing structure, efficiency and production expertise to a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
