Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

Litigation Solicitor NQ+, £30,000 to £45,000 plus extensive benefits, Cardiff

Superb opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to work for a well‑established and highly respected firm. Genuine long‑term prospects for career progression and the opportunity to build and shape a modern, dynamic litigation offering. You will be advising across the broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters and be keen to help develop a department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors will be able to manage their own caseload of matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Advise clients across a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes.
• Help develop and shape the litigation department.
• Show initiative, drive and ambition to further advance the team.

Qualifications

• Experienced Solicitor with NQ+ status (or equivalent).
• Strong track record in civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload.
