Credit Controller

Credit Controller – Temporary Location: Redhill Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:30), office-based Contract: Temporary Your responsibilities will include: Managing outstanding customer accounts and following up on overdue payments Contacting customers by telephone and email to resolve outstanding balances Allocating payments and keeping account records up to date Investigating and resolving account queries and discrepancies Liaising with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements Escalating complex or long-standing debts where appropriate Supporting the wider finance team with general administration when required The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance role Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence making outbound calls and discussing outstanding payments Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems A professional and confident approach when dealing with customers This is a fully office-based temporary position, Monday to Friday, in Redhill
