Are you a Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking for a static role on a large, prestigious estate in West London?

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a growing technical services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied mechanical plant environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a commercial plumbing, building services or mechanical maintenance background who enjoys a hands-on role and wants the stability of a single-site position.

The Role

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
• Commercial plumbing repairs and installations
• Maintenance of building services plant and equipment
• Water softener servicing and maintenance
• Swimming pool plant maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• General handyman and maintenance duties where required
• Working closely with site management and the client team

About You

• Mechanical Building Services or Commercial Plumbing background
• NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical/Plumbing qualification
• Experience working within commercial buildings, estates, FM or building services environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer xwzovoh service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commutable to Southall

Package

• £42,000 - £48,000 basic salary
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 4% employer pension contribution
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Stable static site role
