Multi Trader

Siteskills is looking for a reliable Multi Trader to join our client reactive maintenance team across London. Our client is a growing, family-run business with big plans, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a close team. What you will be doing * Carrying out reactive repairs and general maintenance in private rented properties across London * Aiming for first-time fix wherever possible * Completing clear job updates and reports after each visit * Liaising with the office or manager for advice and approval before carrying out any additional works * Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and leaving each property in good working order What we are looking for: * Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar multi-trade role * Strong skills across a mix of trades, including: Basic plumbing Basic electrics General handyman repairs Small carpentry * Full UK driving licence * Pro-active, reliable, and confident working independently * Good communication and customer manner * Able to use a PDA / job management app Personal qualities that matters for our client: * Loyalty and honesty * High standards and pride in workmanship * A positive mindset and willingness to learn * Constant improvement and growth Why join our Client They are a young, expanding business where everyone is treated fairly and like part of the team.
