Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Store Performance

B&M are hiring a Deputy Store Manager in Cumbernauld to support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor, and step up to run the store in their absence. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will drive sales, uphold standards and develop your team in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will focus on coaching and delivering exceptional customer experiences, while embedding a high-energy culture that motivates staff to perform at their best.
