Who is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Lettings Negotiatorto join their successful team.

As Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for: Registering and qualifyingnewapplicants Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Generatingnewbusiness opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Progressing lets through to completion Contributing to office targets and team success Whats on offer: £20,000 Basic Salary Car Allowance £45,000 in year one Commission and bonus structure.
