Key focus areas:End-to-end employee lifecycle management.Employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.Leadership and development of a small HR team.Payroll, benefits, and reward process oversight.Employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.HR analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.Delivery of HR projects and organisational change initiatives.Ideal candidate: An experienced HR generalist with strong hands on operational expertise, sound judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. CIPD-qualified with proven experience advising managers, leading HR processes, and driving improvements in people practices.
