The Luxury Travel Retail Manager will have the accountability for overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, service standards, and team leadership. Each day will not be the same. Luxury Travel Retail Manager Duties: * Own overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, and service delivery. * Drive a proactive sales culture that converts footfall. * Actively sell holidays and step in to support client demand where required. * Lead, recruit, coach and performance manage the store team. * Conduct regular performance reviews to support development. * Set clear objectives and development plans for team members * Grow local pipeline through marketing, events, partnerships and networking * Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships. * Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
