Location: London (Fenchurch Street + Venue Sites)
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time
1 day WFH post probation
My client is a growing hospitality business operating across a portfolio of London venues. They are now seeking a Venues Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity and support continued brand and revenue growth across multiple sites.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining venue marketing, campaign management and brand development. You will work closely with venue and sales teams to drive engagement, visibility and lead generation across the portfolio.
The role would suit a creative and commercially aware marketing professional with experience within venues, hospitality or events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver venue marketing strategies
Manage campaigns across digital, social and email channels
Drive venue visibility, engagement and lead generation
Support venue launches, activations and partnerships
Create engaging content and marketing collateral
Work closely with sales and venue teams to support revenue growth
Coordinate marketing activity across multiple venues and projects
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
About You
Previous experience within venue, hospitality or events marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
Creative, commercially aware and highly organised
Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
Benefits
