Building Surveyor – Suffolk £35,000–£45,000 + benefits A respected multi‑disciplinary practice in Suffolk is looking to strengthen its team with an ambitious Building Surveyor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, professional autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact across meaningful public‑sector projects. The role You’ll be involved in a broad mix of work, including: Housing disrepair surveys and reporting Specification writing for refurbishment and maintenance schemes Contract administration across small to medium‑scale projects Supporting Housing, Local Authority and Education clients Ideally contributing with AutoCAD experience to support design and technical outputs What you’ll bring A background in Building Surveying, ideally with experience in the public or residential sectors Strong technical reporting and specification writing skills Confidence managing projects and liaising with clients and contractors A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in improving the built environment What’s on offer Salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience A supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities A varied workload across socially valuable projects A comprehensive benefits package
