Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - 4+ PQE

Location: Suffolk | Firm: Legal 500 Ranked | Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Hybrid Working

Join a thriving Residential Property team at a leading Legal 500 firm in Suffolk. We're seeking a skilled Solicitor (4+ PQE) to manage a high-quality caseload and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused department.

Key Areas of Work:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions and shared ownership
• Title checks, SDLT, and Land Registry submissions
• Liaising with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth completions

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion
• Proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
