Join a thriving Residential Property team at a leading Legal 500 firm in Suffolk. We're seeking a skilled Solicitor (4+ PQE) to manage a high-quality caseload and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused department.

Key Areas of Work:

• 
  
• 
  Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Remortgages and transfers of equity

New build transactions and shared ownership

Title checks, SDLT, and Land Registry submissions

Liaising with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth completions

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
• 
  Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent client care and communication skills

Ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion

Proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
