Make an Impact. * Office location Leeds * Hybrid Working (2-3 office days per week) * Salary in range £50–60k * Bonus to 10% of salary * Pension * 27 days holiday * Other benefits including Medicash, Perkbox and OpenUp Overview * We are retained to recruit for this exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, technology-driven business with an impressive record of past and continuing growth through their outstanding ability to provide innovative solutions. * As Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new business by leading the end-to-end bid process. From identifying opportunities to submitting compelling, high-quality proposals, you'll bring together stakeholders from across the business to deliver winning submissions that make a real commercial difference. * The business has a very positive reputation for its engaging and motivational culture that supports it’s people to develop, grow and fulfil their potential. What You'll Be Doing * Managing full bid lifecycles from opportunity through to submission. * Coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, ITTs and tender responses. * Leading bid planning meetings and manage contributions from technical and commercial teams. * Maintaining and develop the bid library, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and effective. * Monitoring bid performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful reporting. What Success Looks Like * Consistently delivering high-quality bids on time. * Improving win rates through compelling, customer-focused submissions. * Developing the quality of bid processes by making them more efficient, collaborative and well-managed. * Gaining a reputation with colleagues for bringing structure, pace and expertise to every opportunity. * Directly contributing to winning new business and supporting the business’s growth ambitions. About You * An organised, commercially minded Bid Manager with experience of managing complex tenders from start to finish. * Exceptional written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines with confidence. * Experience of PQQs, ITTs and formal procurement processes * APMP membership (or a desire to achieve it) would also be advantageous.
