Lunchtime Supervisor - Multiple opportunities available
Location: Corby
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 11.30am - 1.30pm
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate & Delayed starts available

As an SEN school lunchtime supervisor you will be responsible for helping pupils with additional needs to stay safe, enjoy their lunch, and take part in lunchtime activities in a supportive, calm and inclusive environment. This role is particularly important because some children may need extra help with communication, eating, social interaction, emotional regulation or personal care

Responsibilities
* Supervising pupils and ensuring safety
* Supporting pupils with special educational needs
* Assisting with eating and drinking
* Managing behaviour and emotions
* Encouraging social interaction and play

* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Is committed to supporting children with additional needs
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Has a proactive and flexible approach
* Experience working with SEND and Disabilities is highly beneficial
* Experience in education is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided
