- Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD
- Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
- Salary: £30,139.20 per year * recently increased
- Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

What you will be doing:
- Provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters
- Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment
- Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.
You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.
- Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Clear communication in spoken and written English
- A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
(Experience supporting inspections is helpful, but not essential.)
