Fabrication Supervisor Leicester LE7 Monday – Thursday 14:00 – 00:00 (early finish Thursday) £35k

- £42k DOE We are looking for someone who know the fabrication world of sheet metal, from laser cutting – fettling – press brakes – paint to the most important part MIG & TIG welding.
What you will be doing Leading the shop floor to ensure projects are completed on time, resolving issues as they come up.
Be the technical point for colleague questions Manage stock to ensure you have enough parts for projects Alongside the usual points of H&S, minimise downtime, training new staff members etc.
To be considered The bulk of this role will be focused on welding so a strong fabrication background is essential.
Knowledge of other fabrication processes such as press brakes, laser cutting etc.
Able to read engineering drawings Previous experience in a leadership role is ideal In return – this role offers you: £35k
