The Role: Lead the on-site hygiene team to deliver high standards safely and efficiently. Oversee staff training and development. Manage and audit operational documentation including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, and training records.The Candidate: Proven experience managing hygiene operations within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards.
