Communications & Change Manager – Facilities Management Location: Flexible / Hybrid Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a Communications & Change Manager to support Facilities Management transformation programmes by developing and delivering effective communication and change strategies. You will help ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across operational teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Develop change management and communication plans. * Conduct stakeholder impact assessments. * Create engaging communication materials and campaigns. * Deliver workshops, briefings, and engagement activities. * Support business readiness and adoption activities. * Monitor change effectiveness and stakeholder feedback. * Work closely with programme and project teams. Requirements * Experience in change management and communications. * Background supporting FM, Property, Workplace, or Infrastructure projects. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. * Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies desirable.
