Business Analyst – Facilities Management Location: Flexible / Hybrid Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Facilities Management transformation and improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. You will act as the bridge between operational teams, stakeholders, and project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities * Gather, document, and validate business requirements. * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews. * Analyse FM processes, systems, and service delivery models. * Produce business cases, process maps, and functional specifications. * Support solution design and implementation activities. * Assist with testing, training, and business readiness. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements * Business Analysis experience within Facilities Management, Property, Real Estate, or Infrastructure sectors. * Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills. * Experience working on business change and technology projects. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. * Knowledge of CAFM, IWMS, or FM systems desirable. * BCS Business Analysis certification desirable.
