As a Senior Planner, you will be primarily responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes. Your knowledge will ensure each phase of the project is thoroughly planned and delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex civil engineering schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project programmes using industry-standard software
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Extensive experience in planning within the civil engineering sector
Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
