About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Receptionist/Head Host to join one of Londons most prestigious high-end restaurant environments.

This role is perfectly suited to a charismatic and service-driven hospitality professional with a passion for guest relations and delivering exceptional first impressions. You will oversee the reception and host team, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, personalised, and elevated experience from arrival through to departure.

Working within a fast-paced luxury dining environment, you will play a key role in managing VIP guests, maintaining exceptional service standards, and leading a confident and professional front-of-house reception team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the host and reception team on a daily basis
Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience
Manage VIP guests, special requests, and high-profile clientele with professionalism and discretion
Oversee reservations, table management, and guest flow during service
Train, mentor, and develop junior hosts and reception staff
Maintain excellent communication between front-of-house and management teams
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Ensure reception standards, presentation, and service levels remain consistently exceptional
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile Current or recent experience as a Head Receptionist, Head Host, Reception Manager, or senior host within a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background managing VIP and high-profile guests
Confident leading and developing front-of-house reception teams
Outgoing, personable, and highly relationship-driven
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, polished, and calm xwzovoh under pressure
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest experience
