Graduate Teaching Assistant & Cover Supervisor Opportunities – London Schools

We have opportunities available for Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors on both a short-term (daily supply) and long-term basis, with roles available immediately and from September. These positions are ideal for graduates looking to gain valuable, paid experience in schools before progressing into teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or other child-focused professions. About the Roles Teaching Assistant (TA): Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting the class teacher with learning activities Providing additional support to pupils with SEND Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environmentCover Supervisor: Delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain on task Gaining hands-on classroom management experienceYou will gain first-hand classroom experience, develop behaviour management skills, and build confidence working with children and young people across a variety of age groups.
